Sports Massage is usually focused on one area of the body. Sports Massage may include any combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, and usually involves some type of stretching. Sports Massage is usually specific to the activity. For example; a runner would spend most of the massage time working on their legs. Whereas, a tennis player would focus on wrist, elbow, and shoulder areas. Sports Massage techniques will vary pre and post activity.
